I had nose surgery five years ago. A friend I was dating at the time had surgery here and it turned out well. I thought that if I ever had nose surgery, I should definitely have it done here too. Several years later, I decided to have surgery and remembered this place, so I looked through the reviews. I found one I really liked, decided I had to have the surgery with that surgeon, designated that surgeon, and went for a consultation. The reason I rate my current surgical expectation at 1 out of 5 is that I am extremely busy right now, both hands and feet tied up. I will refrain from explaining why. The consultation manager was also beyond imagination, just as on my first visit. Since it is a large-scale clinic, it seems individual consultation managers are not closely supervised.
