I had surgery at Waterdrop. I remember Dr. Ryu massaging my arm because I was worried it might hurt while I was lying on the operating table and the anesthetic was being administered. Then I opened my eyes and was in the recovery room, haha. The pain was almost nonexistent, much less than I expected. I could not take time off and had to go to work the next day, but I had worried for nothing, lol. The pain has faded day by day, and I am living comfortably. I have also been diligent about postoperative care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy seems especially good. Every time I go, Dr. Ryu and the head nurse are always so kind, which I really appreciate. It took me three years to decide to have surgery, and now I wish I had done it sooner! I regret only having it done now;;;;; Do not hesitate—I highly recommend it!
