✅ Surgery day: 159 cm, 45.9 kg. Breast room 12, underbust about 72. Before surgery: widely spaced, pointed breasts + a markedly curved spine. Motiva inframammary incision, 340 cc left and 360 cc right + accessory breast liposuction. After recently losing a lot of weight, there was almost no fat left in my breasts... my breast assets were practically nonexistent 🙅🏻♀️
I chose Clinic A because the surgeon was known for having handled many cases like mine and for paying close attention to follow-up after surgery. An acquaintance also strongly recommended the clinic, and they took pride in the cleanliness of the operating room, so I decided right away!
✅ Post-op days 3–4: From the day of surgery through the first week, I took medication three times a day and wore a compression bra and upper band. The strong pressure made digestion difficult and felt suffocating, which was the hardest part... I endured it while looking at my huge new breasts.
There was absolutely!!!! no pain, so from the day of surgery I walked for 30 minutes after meals to help digestion.
Starting around days 3–4, the right nipple suddenly became extremely painful. The left side has no sensation, but the right side hurts a lot even when the surrounding skin is touched lightly (still the same on day 10).
There was tremendous swelling in my face, entire body, and especially my abdomen, and I started going to the bathroom around days 3–4!! The hospital also provided blue juice.
✅ Day 7 onward: Interestingly, the pain started after about a week!! The accessory breast liposuction area hurts + the nipple is very painful.
Weight: Before surgery 45.9 kg → it gradually rose from day 2, reaching 48.5 kg. I am now trying to bring it back down by eating less.
The swelling seems to be gradually decreasing, but my lower abdomen is still quite prominent, so I think that will take some time. I can use the bathroom perfectly now!
I went to the hospital on day 7 for CAPS, and the coordinator was kind too. Since there were no patients behind me, the pretty coordinator did CAPS twice—thank you!
After seeing the doctor, I switched to Dorothy and 70D + an upper band!! (A person who did not even reach an A is now a D..👍🏻)
I decided to wear the upper band for longer. Since there was a lot to do during surgery and my case was difficult, bruising was expected, but I trusted the surgeon’s skill..👍🏻 They said my recovery was good and that I had no bruising at all!! Because my breasts need to be brought together more than average and lowered, they said careful management is necessary.
✅ Satisfaction: I was initially advised to have subfascial surgery with Motiva Mini 290–310 (expected full B to C), but I wanted them a little bigger (I wanted C to full C), so I went into the operating room feeling sad. When I woke up, they had made huge breasts with 340/360 in a dual-plane placement. They changed the plan during surgery to suit my needs.
The size is bigger than I expected—estimated full C to D. I probably would not have regretted choosing 310, trusting the surgeon’s aesthetic judgment!
Now I need to shape them with underwear, and I was worried, but it really does not look like a bowl shape will appear at all!!!! I still cannot wear clothes freely because of the upper band, so I want to take it off soon!!!
