Nose Surgery Reviews

A naturally short, gently dropping nose

People say the columella should be somewhat long to look pretty and that a short-dropping nose doesn’t suit you... But that style doesn’t suit me, and I like noses that drop short but are shaped roundly. I had a consultation about what would suit my face, so I was sure. The problem was that correcting the nasal bridge would be difficult because of my severe dorsal hump. My alar wings also stood out, so I wanted everything corrected at once. Director Choi Jae-ho at [Clinic A] explained everything clearly when giving me the estimate: why the alar wings needed correction, the surgical process for refining the severe hump, and why autologous costal cartilage was needed... After hearing the full explanation, I thought there was no reason not to use autologous costal cartilage for a primary surgery. Thanks to the doctor, I think I got a pretty, natural nose. I worried it might look more upturned with autologous rib cartilage, but it blends in well. Amazing.
