The consultation was long, and they explained everything kindly. They tried to listen to my needs as much as possible. However, although they said ptosis correction might be somewhat necessary, they changed their mind and said it would be better not to do it. They kept sounding regretful but still said we should proceed without it, so I wondered if they lacked confidence themselves, and I decided not to have surgery. The crease they designed for me also started too close to the inner corner, so it felt thick and burdensome. I recommend consulting them for a first-time surgery; they are kind and try to examine you in detail.
