As it was a dermatology hospital, I was highly satisfied when visiting for a skin condition. When I went to have moles removed, despite making an appointment, I applied numbing cream and waited, but as closing time approached, they said that if the procedure was not done immediately, the doctor might start laser treatment on another patient and I might not be treated that day. I had gone after work on purpose during a period with many public holidays, so I absolutely had to do it. They wiped off the cream after about three or five minutes and performed the procedure, so it was quite painful and stung… They charged 10,000 won per mole, but only two out of ten were properly removed… I was quite disappointed…
