I heard it was good for acne scars and it was inexpensive, so I tried it at the promotional price. I think the results were fairly good, but while I was waiting, I saw a desk employee openly swearing in front of a foreign customer, which made me frown. I understand that it may have been frustrating not to understand everything at once, but it still felt inappropriate. Before the procedure, I cleansed thoroughly, lay down, and had the treatment. I did not feel that they were especially meticulous, but it was not careless either—just average. The disappointing part was that the explanation of the procedure and the information about possible side effects were insufficient.
