I even paid the consultation fee, but after the coordinator came in and consulted with me, suddenly Director Lee Jae-jun went into surgery. They said the consultation with him would not be possible, would refund the fee, and recommended another female director. What kind of situation is this? This was my first experience like this while visiting clinics for consultations. The coordinator was pretty and kind, and it is not her fault, but… it was an utterly absurd experience. It was nice that the waiting areas were separated, but the hospital interior was laid out like a corridor and felt extremely cramped overall. The employee taking photos also had an incredibly unpleasant way of speaking. Aside from the consultation cancellation, I disliked everything about this place.
