I came in for a breast surgery consultation. It was the third clinic I had consulted at, and the director explained things in great detail. Whenever I asked a question, they explained it very thoroughly. But I felt like the director tended to guide me toward the size and surgical method they were thinking of! At other places they said I should do dual plane, but at Dete they said subfascial and an inframammary incision would make the shape come out prettier, so I’m torn (Elsewhere they said an axillary incision was possible, and there was not much difference in shape.
