Successful Revision Breast Surgery via the Inframammary Fold for Severe Capsular Contracture and Scarring: Pore Review

I had been extremely stressed for a long time because my previous breast surgery used implants that were far too large for my body. Even when I got dressed, my breasts stood out too much, and I hated that anyone could tell I had breast surgery. I also had capsular contracture, with the implants not moving upward properly, a very pronounced Y-shaped upper-pole border, and uneven inframammary folds. In addition, my previous clinic left a very large, keloid-like scar in my armpit, so I was doubtful it could improve and had nearly given up. It affected my confidence more than expected, to the point that I hesitated to date. For this revision, I repeatedly asked the director to make me look as natural as possible and said I did not want it to look like I had surgery. Right after surgery I thought, “Is it really okay for it to look this natural already?” 😂 Although it has not been long, the shape is very close to what I wanted. There is almost no excessive upper fullness or artificial appearance, and I love the line even without shaping underwear. What surprised me most was the texture. Before revision, the firm, operated feel bothered me as much as the shape, but even this early, they feel much softer and more natural. I am already looking forward to them becoming even softer and more natural. Also, regarding the scar, I had to fly abroad three days after surgery. I was told not to let water touch the scar for two weeks, remove the scar bandage after two weeks, and then wash. I will post another review after seeing how well the scar has improved. I have seen that Director Kim Min-young is famous for leaving scars that look almost like wrinkles, but it has only been a week, so I will share the result later, haha. I had been withdrawn for years because of my previous surgery, but this time I already feel my confidence returning. I am so happy that meeting someone no longer seems as stressful as before. I often think I should have gone to Director Kim Min-young at Pore Plastic Surgery sooner. I wanted breasts that looked natural like my original breasts, suited my body, and showed as little sign of surgery as possible—not large or glamorous breasts—and I think she understood that exactly. The unnatural feeling is gone, and the uneven folds now match. It has only been one week, so the shape and texture will continue to change, but I am already very satisfied. If they look this natural right after surgery, I cannot wait to see how much more natural they will look after one, two, and three months, haha. I will definitely leave progress photos at one month. I hope my experience helps anyone wanting natural-looking breasts. They look so natural that I feel healed every morning when I look at them… it feels like a dream. Director Kim Min-young at Pore Plastic Surgery is the best. It is a hospital I almost want to keep to myself, but her skill is too good to keep secret, so I am writing this review. Thank you again 🥹🤍 She specializes in inframammary-fold revision surgery, so please visit if you need it. I had already undergone another procedure and could not have general anesthesia, but this clinic specializes in sedation anesthesia. My savior, Dr. Min-young, gave me confidence during the consultation; I could feel her responsibility and sense that things would go well. It is a hidden gem of a clinic. She is honestly a doctor I almost want to keep to myself, but I was so moved that I had to write this review. I have finally graduated from breast surgery, haha. Once again, Director Kim Min-young at Pore Plastic Surgery is the best. I understand she trained at Eom Na-gu-mo, but personally I think her skills are even better. My revision surgery was truly a success 😭
