It has been one year since my breast augmentation at TS Plastic Surgery! I had been exercising for a long time and had thought about breast surgery since I was young because I wanted to compete in fitness competitions, and I finally did it haha. Before surgery, many friends told me it had been very painful, so I was really worried. Thanks to the surgeon’s skill, it did not hurt much, and after about a month I recovered enough to exercise properly again! From around six months onward, my breasts truly felt like my own, and every movement during exercise and daily life became comfortable. I now understand what people mean when they say it improves quality of life. I’m so happy that I no longer have to worry about my breasts no matter what clothes I wear. Before surgery, even when I wanted to wear a low-cut top, I would worry that my breasts might look small and think about how to style it to enhance my figure. Now, if I like an outfit, I can simply put it on. 🤭 Thanks to this, I can create a prettier body with confidence. I’m grateful to the surgeon, and I also want to tell myself that I did well by deciding early haha.
