Eye Surgery Reviews

[Clinic A] community review

My dad has never really been interested in dermatology or cosmetic treatments, but when I showed him photos, he seemed to become concerned about his drooping eyes too. He absolutely did not want double eyelids; he only wanted to slightly improve the downward-slanting eyes and the tired look under them, so we started looking into middle-aged eye surgery together. It was our first time consulting for middle-aged cosmetic surgery, so at first we did not even know which procedure he needed. After visiting several clinics, we got a general idea. My dad wanted his appearance to look neat and natural, so we mainly looked for places that recommended only necessary procedures instead of doing as much as possible. During the consultation, my dad kept asking various questions, and perhaps because [Doctor A] explained everything in detail, he said he wanted to have it done there. So we booked forehead lift and lower blepharoplasty at [Clinic B]. I thought my dad would be afraid of surgery itself, but he was much more proactive than expected, which was kind of funny lol. At first it felt a little awkward for him to go to a plastic surgery clinic, but after consulting in person, I felt that middle-aged men also have areas that bother them as they age, and it might be worthwhile to get a consultation rather than simply putting up with them.
