I was debating whether to have canthoplasty, but the doctor explained my eye structure and in detail how the shape would be created after surgery, so I followed the recommendation and thankfully the surgery went very well. I don’t think the change would have felt this significant if I had only had double-eyelid surgery. The inner corners opened nicely without exposing the lacrimal lake, and I also had ptosis correction. I was worried that swelling would be extreme because I had several procedures at once, but perhaps because the double-eyelid surgery used natural adhesion and the ptosis correction was non-incisional, there doesn’t seem to be much swelling considering I also had canthoplasty. I wanted an in-out line, and it came out exactly with the atmosphere I was aiming for haha. The doctor is calm and very skilled at surgery~
