Eye Surgery Considerations

TS community review

It was the weekend, but I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time, waited briefly, and was consulted soon after. I first spoke with the consultant and then with the director. The director looked at my eye condition, explained everything in detail and kindly, and drew diagrams on paper when answering my questions. The director also seemed confident, and I could see an effort to reflect my needs. The proposed crease looked good too.

The consultant was extremely kind, said I would look really pretty if I had the surgery, and answered my questions kindly. When I said I had another clinic booked afterward, they told me it was natural to visit several clinics and encouraged me to go.

I was told that the director was the second-longest-serving doctor after the representative director and was highly skilled, so I felt the consultant was also confident in the director's abilities. The director was also very articulate. I asked questions by chat the day after the consultation, and I was grateful that they replied even though it was a holiday.

I also thought the surgical fee was the most reasonable among the clinics I visited. However, this was the only clinic among those I visited that suggested excision rather than the non-incisional method, so I am a little conflicted. When I asked about it, the director explained in detail that although there was not a lot of extra skin, there was enough for that method, so I am considering whether to choose this clinic.
