Overall, I’m satisfied with the result because it’s neat and without unnecessary extras. First of all, the biggest worry was the scar, but fortunately it has hardly remained at all to the point that it’s not noticeable, so it doesn’t interfere with daily life. Because the philtrum is physically shorter now, the overall balance of the face feels much better. Just by shortening the philtrum, people around me say my features look much sharper, and above all I’m often told I look younger than before, so I’m very happy. Before surgery, I was worried because my features looked a bit bland, but now that the lower face has become more organized, my whole image feels much livelier. It settled in naturally without looking excessive, so I’m glad.
