I had the famous closed rhinoplasty that is still popular these days. I had nose filler and Hiko two years ago, but the effect didn’t last long, so this time I decided on surgery. During the consultation, I said my biggest concern was getting a non-implant nasal tip, and the procedure focused on the tip using ear cartilage through a closed approach. I liked most that there would be no visible incision scar, and the director explained everything in detail without making me feel pressured haha. I had travel plans immediately after surgery, but the swelling wasn’t as severe as expected, so I could cover it with makeup~ The tip is more defined than before and the overall impression feels much more polished, so I’m satisfied with the result. The change was definitely greater than with a procedure, so I feel I chose the right clinic. I recommend closed rhinoplasty.
