After my first surgery, I was less satisfied with the line than I had expected. In particular, the bulbous-nose appearance did not improve much from the front, so it kept bothering me. After deliberating, I had a revision consultation at [Clinic E], which is known for clearly improving bulbous noses. During the consultation, they explained the problems with my current nose and how surgery would need to be performed to achieve the look I wanted. Rather than insisting that I undergo another surgery, they also explained what was possible and the limitations.
