Overall, my first impression was clean and well organized. There was a bit of a wait after checking in, but the staff responded well, so it was not particularly inconvenient. I first met the consultation coordinator and discussed the direction I wanted and the parts I was concerned about. Rather than excessively recommending various procedures, she explained what was realistically possible based on my current condition, so I felt no pressure. I then had a consultation with the doctor, who carefully examined my eyes and realistically explained which approach would suit me, which made me feel I could trust them. Instead of saying everything was possible, the doctor openly said when something would be difficult, which actually made me trust them more. They also explained the line design while drawing it directly, so I could imagine the result to some extent, and the atmosphere made it easy to ask questions. Overall, I liked that they gave me enough time to think without rushing me.
