First of all, the consultation coordinator was kind and answered my various questions in detail. Of course there is some degree of sales involved, but they recommended things realistically and said I probably didn't need to do procedures that weren't necessary. My doctor was incredibly thorough, to the point where I honestly wished they would just stop for a moment, and they kept asking me during the procedure whether I was okay and whether anything was uncomfortable. The waiting time is a complete luck-of-the-draw because I go every month on the same weekday at monthly intervals.
