I had a decent amount to begin with, around a small A to modest B cup. I was really worried that being too greedy and putting in too much would make them stick out or look obviously artificial... During my consultation, I said I wanted a natural full C to D cup that would not look surgically enhanced, rather than an unnaturally full look. Considering my body type, chest width, and skin elasticity, I received 275 cc Mentor Smooth implants on both sides through an inframammary incision! In the end, because I already had some natural volume, even 275 cc created a beautiful shape that flowed naturally from the upper chest to the inframammary line. Up to three months, they felt slightly taut because of swelling, but entering the fourth month, the upper swelling completely subsided, and it feels like my original breasts with only the contours beautifully enhanced. Anyway, choosing an appropriate size made them fit my body perfectly without looking excessive—I am in the low 160 cm range. Oh, and before surgery, the surgeon said that if you already have a certain amount of breast tissue, the implant is covered well, so the texture improves much faster. I think that was absolutely true. At two to three months, they felt slightly heavy, but these days, when I hold them, I can feel more of my natural tissue texture and they have become softer. They say they continue to soften steadily through six months to a year, so I am looking forward to it even more, haha. Maybe because the incision was under the breast, there is hardly any foreign-body sensation even when using my arms or flexing my pectoral muscles, and when lying down, they do not feel hard—they naturally spread to the sides! Many people worry about scars, but now at four months, the redness has faded considerably and they are at the stage of becoming pale pink to peach-colored, so I am diligently caring for them with scar ointment and scar strips. Anyway, if you feel your breast volume is lacking, I highly recommend surgery!!
