It was hard just to get a reservation here, and there were waiting lists that lasted for months, but occasionally I was able to book same-day consultation and same-day surgery the way you might grab a cancellation slot. The waiting period also varies by doctor, so it’s faster to ask directly.. And the doctor in charge was clearly thorough and worked hard during the consultation, but everyone there, whether the consultation manager or the front desk staff, was pretty underwhelming I didn’t see any professionalism from them. The atmosphere also made it hard to speak up easily, which didn’t help. Other than that, the facilities were nice and the surgery itself was just so-so. I think the aftercare was a bit lacking, so that was disappointing.
