I went to see whether a small scar at the corner of my eye could be excised. They refused the surgery. If they had explained why surgery wasn’t possible, I might have listened and not done it. But they just said it couldn’t be done without giving a reason, so I went to another clinic, and there they said it could be done. Now my eye has become messed up. If they had just said a few words explaining why it couldn’t be done, I think I would have gone home. But they said it couldn’t be done without any reason It was a clinic I had high expectations for... I got a cold rejection during the consultation...
