Eye Surgery Reviews

When should I tell the clinic about uneven eyes after non-incisional double-eyelid surgery?

I had the surgery a month ago, and the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning. I had non-incisional double-eyelid surgery while getting fat grafting to the eyelids, but one side completely came undone on the day of surgery, so a week later they redid the non-incisional procedure on just one side under eye-only anesthesia (the left side in the photo). Maybe because of that, my eye sizes are different now. I mentioned when the stitches were removed that the crease heights were different, but they said it was because the swelling was different. Instead, the side done first is more swollen, like a lump, and has much worse bruising. I had what I think was a bruising/swelling injection, but even now only the side done first has extremely severe bruising that doesn’t fade, so it looks like a black eye (the right side in the photo). Could this be more than swelling, with the fat grafting also being different on each side, making one side look more swollen? That side’s crease is lower too. I think it might simply be possible to use local anesthesia and place a higher crease on the lower side, but is that the right approach? When should I tell the clinic? They had said to do the second eyelid fat grafting in 3–4 weeks. What do you think?
