I received orthodontic treatment at Saramsarang 10 years ago.
The counseling manager and nursing assistants here have really worked there for a long time, but the doctors changed far too often during the period I was getting orthodontic treatment + while I was receiving follow-up care afterward. It was orthodontic treatment I had when I was young, so I didn’t know anything and just thought it was in Gangnam and was a big hospital... Thinking about it now, really.. Because the doctors kept changing so much, I couldn’t trust them. What they did well was hygiene and things like scaling done by the nurses, which I was always satisfied with.
