Before/after/after/after I had no implant, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip. I had a bulbous nose and a hump, and my nose was too wide, and my side profile was uneven, so I ended up getting surgery. Now that it’s almost been 1 year since surgery, it’s stable, so I don’t regret doing it. My biggest regret is not doing it sooner.
