This was my first consultation. The coordinator and director were both very kind. The director explained things well and kept gently holding my nose with a cotton swab while smiling. After looking at the photos I brought, the director honestly said that achieving that look would be difficult for my nose. I could not help that, since I had brought photos of high noses. It was clear that the director was trying to match my nose as much as possible within what was feasible. I initially said I did not want silicone, but the director clearly told me that silicone was essential for my nose, which made me understand the reality. I also brought photos of noses I disliked, and the director promised never to make mine look like those. I trusted the director, but there are still more clinics to visit, so I am deliberating.
