I had double-chin liposuction and neck muscle tightening done there last year, and it was effective to the point that I felt all the Ulthera and everything else I’d done was for nothing. The only thing is there is a 1 cm scar tissue area under the chin, but if you get separate scar-tissue care at a dermatology clinic, it goes away. They make a hole behind the ear, but if they do it with a cannula, that just disappears completely over time. The downside is that you have to keep your face wrapped up for about a month, and that hurts your ears and is torture. People around
