During the consultation, they stated categorically that for a nose as low as mine, silicone had to be used unconditionally for the bridge line to come out and for the procedure to have a proper effect. Personally, I was reluctant to use artificial implants and worried about complications, so I wanted an in-depth consultation about other alternatives or methods using autologous tissue, but it felt like there was no room for that at all, which concerned me.
