Here is my review after visiting a Gangnam plastic surgery clinic known for buried sutures and ptosis correction.
The wait was short, and the director was very kind. While designing the crease, they immediately noticed my epicanthic folds and slight upper-eyelid depression. Since they pursue a natural style rather than excessive surgery, they recommended a 7 mm in-out crease.
The way they designed the crease was extremely delicate. When I said I wanted a glamorous semi-out crease, they checked the amount of iris exposure and set the highest crease possible without making it excessive. There was no pressure from the consultation manager or push to add an upper canthoplasty, so I felt comfortable.
I was most satisfied with the one-on-one customized consultation. After carefully measuring the symmetry of my eyes, the doctor said the muscle in my right eye was slightly weak and also suggested ptosis correction.
In the end, I booked surgery at the third clinic, which accurately understood my eye condition and created the crease I liked best. When visiting clinics, it definitely seems helpful to bring photos of your preferred crease in advance.
