I watched a nose surgery YouTube video that was uploaded recently, found the clinic, and went there. It was the head director, and I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The consultation was over in 3 minutes. It’s my first surgery, and because my columella needs to be lengthened and I have a bulbous nose, there’s a limit to how much it can be extended, so I was recommended 3.5 mm silicone and decided to use costal cartilage. Overall, the atmosphere was so hectic that I felt self-conscious even during the consultation ㅜ
