I went for a consultation about revision nose surgery, and the consultation itself was neat and fine. They explained in detail the current condition of my nose, the cause, and the solution. What I found disappointing was that there was more waiting than I expected, and of course waiting is something I can do, but I was disappointed by how the staff treated people. It felt like waiting was taken for granted..? Aside from that, overall it was a satisfying consultation.
