I had my first double eyelid surgery in 2015. It was during winter break in my second year of high school. I don’t know why that place looked good to me back then, but I had incisional surgery in Busan. (I really should have looked into it more carefullyㅠ)
From what I remember, when I went for the consultation, the consultant was the one who counseled me. I think they first quoted a higher price and then negotiated it down, but I don’t remember exactlyㅠ Looking back now, I don’t think you should go to a clinic where the consultation is done by a consultant, it feels like a factory-style clinic, and they heavily slash prices.
First of all, my ptosis was really severe (so there were a lot of extra charges), and my eyes were seriously extremely small. But the skin on my upper eyelids was thick and I had a lot of fat, so they said an incision was essentialㅠㅠㅠ So I had the trio: incisional double eyelid surgery, medial epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction.
Now, 8 years later, I’m a bit dissatisfied with my eyes. First, it’s obvious I had double eyelid surgery, and I’m unhappy that everyone can tell when they first see me. The line on my right eye doesn’t go all the way to the endㅠ The left one continues all the way, which is so annoying. And even though they removed fat from my upper eyelids, they still look puffy, so I’m considering a forehead lift.
