My nose bridge is okay, I have a hooked nose, and the tip is kind of round? It’s a bulbous nose. It’s not a low nose, so the hump needs to be shaved down. All three places said my skin is on the tight side. My nasal tip isn’t extremely droopy, but it’s almost straight. I brought photos of Im Bora and Oh Yeon-seo. Rather than the hooked nose, I wanted more improvement from the front view..

This was the first clinic I went to, and since it’s my first nose surgery, I said I wanted to use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and they said okay. But they said my skin is on the tight side, so they couldn’t raise it too much. They didn’t recommend rib cartilage. This clinic usually does CT scans, but the internet was down so I couldn’t get one ㅠ Well, it was the morning, so that can happen, but what felt a bit off was that I went with one other person, and even though it wasn’t working when I went in, they still sent my friend in too and then told her it wasn’t working and sent her back out;; The manager and director were really nice. It felt like they said exactly what needed to be said? I think they understood my needs well too. I also liked that they sent the consultation details by text! ㅠㅠ Estimate: 3.55 million won (condition of posting on ㅂㅂㅌ ㄱㄴㅇㄴ / event price). I didn’t get a separate estimate, but if using donated rib cartilage, it seems like it would be +1 million won. Consultation fee: 10,000 won

I arrived right on time for the wait, and I think the whole thing took about 30 minutes? They said pretty bluntly that if I used ear cartilage, it wouldn’t be noticeable. They said if I only wanted a change that I myself could recognize, I should do that. Since my nose already has some height, they said that to get the front-view improvement I want, it would need to be raised with a firm material. They talked a lot, but from the middle I kind of let it go in one ear and out the other. I did hear a lot of information I hadn’t heard at ㅌㅇㅅ, but it felt like our goals didn’t quite match, so I passed.
Estimate: ear cartilage 4.07 million won, donated rib cartilage 4.62 million won, autologous costal cartilage 6.27 million won (need to visit every 3 months for 12 months to take photos and upload them to ㅂㅂㅌ ㄱㄴㅇㄴ, and they may be used as materials when the director goes somewhere(?))

Honestly, my first impression here wasn’t great because of the staff. I had a 4:30 reservation, but it was listed as 6:30, so I contacted them again and changed it, but a few days later they called and told me it was a 6:30 reservation. When I said it was 4:30, they got all flustered;
It seems like they use the most materials...? Maybe the other places just didn’t mention them;; This was where I got my first CT scan! One of my nostrils is narrow, so they said among about 10 patients, 1 to 2 end up with blockage (I’m not quite someone with rhinitis, but I think they were telling me to consider it..) They said my septal cartilage is also larger than average, so if I wanted a natural result, it would probably be okay~ But the comment from ㅍㄹㅇㅂ that if I wanted it natural I shouldn’t do it stuck in my ears, so I also brought up donated rib cartilage, and they said if I use it, both a glamorous~natural look are possible. Also, I didn’t realize it before, but when I walked along the street full of plastic surgery clinics, I saw so many beautiful people whose nasal tips looked droopy;; Since my nose is on the tight side, I asked if it’s the type where the tip comes down easily, and they said honestly, yes.. So my mind suddenly leaned toward donated rib cartilage. I also brought up osteotomy because ㅍㄹㅇㅂ recommended it, and they said that normally with a nose like mine they tend to do osteotomy, but since I didn’t seem concerned about it, they hadn’t brought it up (lol)
Estimate: donated rib cartilage in the 5 million won range,, (condition of posting on ㅂㅂㅌ ㄱㄴㅇㄴ) If I confirmed the reservation by the next day, they negotiated it down more. I think they gave me until the next day because I went in the evening? I briefly saw the autologous costal cartilage price, and the additional cost alone was 4 million won..? It was too expensive, so I didn’t even look at it.
