This is my third rhinoplasty, and T_T I do not have silicone inflammation, but it was made too high. I am considering lowering it and possibly removing the silicone because I am scared of complications from silicone. I am also deliberating over using Megaderm T_T T_T T_T. Has anyone used Megaderm? Is it recommendable...? My nasal bridge is very flat, so if I use Megaderm, I want to put in a lot of it 🥲
