After, before, after I can’t believe the day has finally come when I get to show off my breasts. I’m so happy lolol I feel like I spent ages debating whether to get breast surgery, but it’s already been about 5 months since the surgery? I’d heard that breast augmentation has the highest satisfaction among cosmetic surgeries, and after doing it, I totally get why everyone says they should’ve done it sooner lololol
The most important thing to me was how they felt, so during the consultation I touched each implant one by one and went with Mentor Xtra through the transaxillary approach. For the size, based on the doctor’s recommendation + my own satisfaction, I wanted volume but not anything too big, so I think I got 250 on the left and either 275 or 300 on the right. My original breasts were uneven, so the doctor used different sizes to correct the asymmetry.
At first I was worried they might become even more uneven, but they turned out so much prettier that it feels like the worrying was a waste. From right after surgery until the first 1-2 months, they definitely had that bouncy-ball feel and a little upper fullness? But now that about 5 months have passed, there’s almost no swelling, the tissue has softened a lot, and the feel has become much softer too. When I went for a follow-up last time, they said they’ll get even softer than now, so I’m actually happy about that lololol
Still, I chose after going to a clinic with lots of reviews and getting an in-person consultation, and after the consultation I thought, ah, this is why they have so many reviews lololol Everyone, it’s something going into your body, so you really need to think it through enough and ask everything you’re curious about.
