I had waist-defining hip fat grafting at [Clinic A]. During the consultation, Director Kim immediately noticed that my hip heights were different. I said I wanted the symmetry matched as much as possible and wanted a larger-hip look, and the director said that removing as much as possible from the waist would create that effect. After surgery, as my hips became fuller, my clothes fit more tightly and looked better! For emphasizing the waist, I think waist-defining hip fat grafting is definitely the answer, haha.
