I had always had a complex because my nose was low and fleshy, and my nasal septum was deviated. So I said I wanted to raise my nose, but that I felt burdened about using an implant like silicone. They said it would be revision surgery for life anyway, so I should do it without an implant, and if I didn’t like it later, I could do it again. But what happened? They said they won’t do it again The height they raised went back down, and above all, they made it into a bulbous nose;;
