I had a severe hump and my nasal tip was blunt too, so fillers didn’t help. So I had hump osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, long nose correction, 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage.
With nose surgery, I really think you start out wanting it to look natural, then change your mind again. I want it to be really high.. I probably could have gone higher, but the doctor said no and opposed it. I keep wondering if I should have asked them to raise it just a little more ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
