It has been a while since I went for a consultation! When I went, I remember waiting briefly and then going straight in. I said I was concerned because the tip was round and the nose looked wide overall. They explained while comparing my nose with the CT images. During the consultation, I also learned that my nostrils were uneven and that one nostril wing was somewhat larger, lol. I brought photos showing the look I wanted, and they carefully examined what differed from my nose and how it could be made into the shape I wanted. I felt that the director pursued a slightly more natural look rather than an extremely glamorous one, and recommended combining alar reduction with shaping the tip to add natural height because it seemed suited to me. It did not feel like I was being forced to do it this way, so the consultation was comfortable.
