Eye revision surgery + lateral and lower canthoplasty after 3 years

Three years ago, I had incisional double-eyelid surgery along with medial canthoplasty, but over time the crease became almost completely covered and turned into an inner double eyelid At first I thought I would just recreate the crease, but I was also bothered by how stuffy my eyes looked, so this time I had another incisional eye revision at [Clinic A] along with lateral and lower canthoplasty! My previous crease was fairly natural, but since my goal was to have more open-looking eyes than before, I asked for a semi-out fold. From the reviews, it seemed they performed canthoplasty naturally without making it look excessive, so I also asked about the lateral and lower procedures. They said they would make my eyes look longer and softer rather than lowering them too much! My eyes were already open at the inner corners, but the outer corners were short and looked slightly upturned, so they said that part would improve a lot too I was worried the swelling would last a long time because it was revision surgery, but I like it much more that the double-eyelid crease is visible when my eyes are open now instead of being completely buried like before. My eyes also look wider horizontally and less stuffy In the past, makeup I wanted to wear didn’t suit my eyes, which was disappointing After the swelling went down, even strong makeup looks good without feeling awkward, so I’m satisfied!
