I have had a hump and a rounded nasal tip, and I had been thinking about nose surgery for a long time. When I was actually about to go for a consultation, I became unnecessarily nervous and worried a lot about whether I could consult properly. But when I got there, the consultation atmosphere was comfortable, and it was good that I could show photos of the nose I wanted and hear honestly what was and was not possible. In particular, they did not simply remove the hump no matter what; they considered the tip shape and the overall line together as well
