Nose Surgery Reviews

My satisfaction is highest after getting my first nose surgery at [Clinic A]....

I had my first rhinoplasty with [Doctor A]. I had a bulbous nose, tip work, and nasolabial angle correction, using 4 mm silicone and septal cartilage!! Before surgery, my tip was blunt and the lower part drooped ambiguously, so my nose looked somewhat stuffy from both the front and side T_T. Now I like the increased bridge height, but I feel the change in the tip much more. Once the round, bulky look disappeared from the front, the nose itself looked slimmer and the center of my face looked much cleaner. The nasolabial angle correction also made a subtle but significant difference. Before, the area from the tip toward the lips looked tightly attached and stuffy, but now that the tip position is set, even the shape under the nose feels tidier. From the side, the bridge is not simply high while the tip looks separate; it flows naturally from the starting point to the tip, which I like most. At first I worried that 4 mm might look too high, but after it settled, it did not feel as overwhelming on my face as I had imagined. Something unexpectedly nice after surgery was that the area around my mouth also looked more refined than before, lol. Because the shape of the tip and nasolabial angle changed, the same lips look somewhat different from the side. Since it was my first surgery, I worried about every little thing, but when I look at old photos now, the bulbous nose is what catches my eye first, which is fascinating... Overall, I am satisfied with having my first surgery at [Clinic A].
