Eye Surgery Reviews

My third eye revision… from incision to suture method

This is already my third eye revision lol. At first, I had a partial incision, ptosis correction, and medial canthoplasty, and then I had another incision procedure. But even after surgery, the crease did not stay as clear as I expected and kept seeming to fold inward As time passed, the crease gradually became faint, so I ended up having revision surgery again. This time I had the suture method together with lateral and lower canthoplasty. Since these eyes had already been operated on with an incision, I was told that converting them back to the suture method was more difficult than expected. So I felt I really could not choose just anywhere this time and searched extensively, focusing on hospitals experienced in revision surgery lol. Revision surgery is not simply about recreating the crease; the previous surgical condition must also be examined carefully, so I chose the hospital very cautiously. During the consultation, they carefully checked my eye condition first and explained in detail what could be done with the suture method, which I liked. It has not fully settled yet, but it feels less like the crease is sinking in than before, and people around me keep saying my eyes look much better now, so I am happy lol. When people around you notice first rather than you checking every day, you feel that it really turned out properly, haha. Reactions from others seem more accurate than repeatedly checking alone in the mirror lol
