Nose surgery without an implant is the best. At first, the swelling made the shape look blunt, and there was some inconvenience in daily life, but after a while I could even wash my hair with my head lowered. The shape no longer looked blunt, and it looked exactly like the design I planned with the doctor, so I’m very happy. I also think Dr. Miho is excellent at selecting materials and planning where and how to use them... I guess this is why people say to have nose surgery with a doctor who has lots of experience. Anyway, the surgery was difficult, but the result is such a pretty nose that I think I made the right choice..! ☺️
