I wanted a natural result, but the operating-room hygiene was not particularly good. The building was conveniently located near Gangnam Station, so access was easy. I lived outside the city at the time, but getting there was reasonably convenient, and the clinic facilities were clean. However, I remember seeing blood on the sheet when I lay down on the operating table. Still, the surgery seems to have gone well, with no complications, adverse drug reactions, or other unusual issues. The nasal implant has continued to hold up without problems for several years. I only regret not being more ambitious and having an osteotomy to make my nose slimmer. Since it was a long time ago, I imagine both the doctor and the clinic itself are probably quite different now…
