Breast fat grafting review: week 3, finally feeling livable

At week 2, the BioBond lumping was at its peak, so I was extremely worried and stressed, but starting at week 3, the tissue loosened a lot! It finally feels possible to live like a normal person. The inner thighs felt as if the muscle and skin had become stuck together, as though pinched, so I was very worried, but now it has almost completely disappeared. Even BioBond that seemed like it would never loosen eventually does with time, so you probably do not need to worry too much. Even a few days ago, I thought mine would never disappear, but time took care of it. Now only stiffness around the axillary accessory-breast area remains, and that is also loosening a lot.

First week = a war with pain, swelling, inflammation, disinfection, compression garments, and the bathroom (I constantly felt like urinating; it felt as if the swelling was draining out. But perhaps because of the medication, the constipation was also extremely severe then. It already hurt terribly to sit on the toilet, and constantly needing to go made me feel crazy) -> Week 2 = a war with the compression garment and BioBond (it started becoming extremely stiff from this point. You should gently stretch from then on; otherwise it seems to clump properly. I recommend stretching it well without overdoing it). At this stage, I became more stressed about the liposuction areas than the breasts: Why did I have this done? What if the adhesion continues? I stressed over that. I frequently used warm compresses and stretched to loosen the BioBond quickly. It seems to work. -> Week 3: BioBond loosened. At the same time, I became stressed about my breast size haha... lol, recovery seems to be a continuous series of worries. I kept measuring the size. The circumference has not changed much, but as the fullness in the upper breasts keeps decreasing, I somewhat miss how they looked right after surgery, like a rocket launch;;.. I also wondered whether everything had disappeared without thinking about how I was before surgery. Still, objectively, they are definitely much larger than before surgery. My underbust was 70 and upper bust 80, and it seems to be staying around 70/86. It may decrease another 1–2 cm, though T_T, but numerically that is still at least one cup larger, so I am satisfied.

Around this time, fat survival is almost determined, so from now on I should be able to do most things as long as I avoid activities that put too much strain on my breasts. Oh, the scars. There is absolutely none around the nipples. Truly none at all. The scabs fell off and then simply disappeared. The armpit healed as a reddish line about 0.5 cm long, while the scars at the tailbone and lower-gluteal crease remain circular. They are subtly bothersome. They are in a position where they may show when walking down stairs in shorts. I should take good care of the scars. In many ways, I recommend having surgery just as summer ends. Because of the scars and residual BioBond, I will probably feel self-conscious about wearing revealing clothes for a year (such as bikinis). Whew. Anyway, I have been barely getting through these three weeks.. To all the women who have had surgery (?) and everyone trying to become prettier, you are working so hard.. I want to tell you that you are doing well, so hang in there a little longer. It will be okay.

As an aside, before surgery I thought people with large breasts saying that they looked bulky and that hoodies did not suit them, or that such clothes looked prettier with small breasts, was really deceptive lol T_T. But even after gaining one cup, the clothes that suit me changed.. I understand a little why they said it was stressful. I was flustered because knitwear and hoodies suit me less than before; I realized firsthand that small breasts do not have only disadvantages, and large breasts do not have only advantages. Oh, and lol, I suddenly cannot run anymore. It was my first time feeling my breasts bounce.. From now on, I plan to record how the scars and liposuction-area lines change, as well as changes in breast size! I have seen reviews saying that removing fat from the back of the thighs makes the buttocks sag and the contour look worse, and somehow I feel that may happen to me too, so I will keep watching.
