Hmm... honestly, I feel like I barely saw any effect T_T I had cartilage tying plus Megaderm inserted at the nasal tip, but the effect was very minimal. The tip looked higher only for the first few months, and most of it was absorbed, so now it looks almost the same as before. It was non-incisional, and being able to return to daily life in about a week is an advantage, but the effect was small for the price, so if I could go back, I probably would not do it. I would recommend it to people who are satisfied with a subtle effect that only they notice, but otherwise, why bother? I would rather spend more time and money and have an open procedure.
