I had surgery for a bulbous nose and crooked nose First of all, the ear where they harvested the ear cartilage hurts so much... My nose surprisingly doesn’t hurt, but it feels really stuffy because of the cotton packing.. And maybe because they put in so much cotton packing, the nostrils I can just barely see look incredibly... big. Is this normal? Can swelling make the nostrils look bigger too?
