[Clinic A] review

My first factory-style dermatology clinic. I initially went there for hair removal, but every time there were so many people waiting, and making an appointment was frustratingly difficult. For example, I wish they had first asked, “If the time you asked about is unavailable, would this time work?” I even made an appointment by KakaoTalk and went, but they rudely said it was booked for another day. I showed them the chat and told them the coordinator’s name, but they just stood there silently while listening to the desk staff. The front desk was really unfriendly and made many mistakes too… The trapezius Botox had absolutely no effect, while the wrinkle Botox did work, but they injected me eight times like a factory and finished within a minute before the doctor left. There was basically no professionalism. I once had an inflammation shot too, but it swelled up and developed yellow inflammation. When I returned, they said that could happen and injected more, but it did not improve at all. Hair removal is cheap and good, though. The waiting time cannot be helped.
