I thought I had some fat on my upper eyelids, so I went in considering an incisional procedure, but this was the only clinic that said buried sutures were also possible. Other clinics almost all recommended an incision, so I am quite conflicted, but I am leaning this way because buried sutures carry less risk than an incision. Since my goal was functional improvement rather than cosmetic enhancement from the outset, I chose a low crease. The director personally kept creating the line and asked me to look in the mirror. Most importantly, the price is affordable, so I expect to have surgery here this winter.
